We actually found a Wii Fit that wasn’t pilfered and trying to be sold for twice its MSRP on eBay or Craigslist and I thought that I’d offer up a different take on all of the people out who are actually using them for themselves and just documenting Wii Fit use to see if they notice any gain (or loss as the case may be).
My experiment will be a combination of Wii Fit and Wii Sports, I want to see if I can notice a difference in my overall fitness and if so how much. I’m hoping to also go past the 30 day documentation that most bloggers are doing and push it throughout the summer and end my documentation on September 1st. I’ve done month long weight loss experiments in the past and the downside to those is that after the month, I pretty much don’t do it anymore…I’m hoping that 90+ days will pretty much turn it from an experiment to a habit (an experiment within the experiment).
I’ll do at least weekly updates and who knows, maybe by the end of the summer I’ll have dropped a few pounds and gotten rid of some spare luggage.
